Cold temperatures did not discourage the line to get in for the grand opening at Zaxby’s in Folkston. Some started to come late last night. The line was so long that they opened an hour early. First 100 people got free Zaxby’s for a year.
For Zaxby’s owners Taylor and Carley Hawkins this is what they had hoped for. The couple has been together since high school and never thought that Zaxby’s would
become their future.
“The City of Folkston and Charlton County were great to work with. This has been one of our fastest openings yet.”, said
owner Taylor Hawking.
Taylor started with
Zaxby’s at the age of 17 as a cashier and now owns 5 restaurants in Florida and Georgia.
It looks like this is a great
location for this new
Folkston favorite.
