On July 7, work began on a new-style roof above Shear Savvy on Main Street, giving the downtown building a fresh new look as renovations continue. Improvements like these help enhance the appearance of Main Street and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of downtown Folkston. While several buildings(see below) could still benefit from updates, continued investment in the downtown area will help create a more vibrant and welcoming part of the community for residents and visitors alike.
