Clyde Gene Guinn, 91, of Folkston, GA passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026. He was born in Folkston, GA on March 20, 1935, to the late Grover Guinn and Lola Guinn. Clyde retired from the United States Air Force. After retirement, he worked for many years at the Folkston Post Office as a mail carrier. He was a member of Homeland United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years: Vivian Annette Guinn; and his siblings.

He is survived by his 3-children: Wanda Jean Coari, Robin Marie Wuthnow (Michael), and Mark Jeremy Guinn (Regina); 6-grandchildren: Harmony Jean Baham, Melanie Marie Akins Kyle Jansen Coari, Nia Makari Guinn, Kara Rileigh Guinn, and Seth Harrison Guinn; 3 great-grandchildren: Kade Baham, Beaux Baham, and Sam Akins and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives that loved and adored him.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sardis Cemetery.
