The Bethune Middle School Braves rolled over Fernandina Beach last Tuesday at home by a convincing 42-6 to remain unbeaten on the season.

The Braves opened up the scoring in the first quarter with a one yard run by Emari Williams to take a 6-0 lead. Bethune would blow the game wide open in the second quarter. Jamari Hamilton hauled in a 69-yard touchdown pass from Bryson Allbritton and Williams followed with a 49-yard scoring run and a 50-yard fumble return for a touchdown. An Allbritton to Hamilton pass for a two-point conversion pushed the Braves lead to 26-0. Fernandina would score their lone touchdown right before the half and go into the locker room trailing, 26-6.

Hamilton scored his second touchdown of the night when he caught a 62-yard pass from Haze Johnson. Johnson ran in the two-point conversion for a 34-6 lead. 

In the fourth quarter, Isaac Bryant broke free for a 68-yard scoring run and Demarion Martin caught the two-point conversion from Johnson to make the final score, 42-6.
