Yolanda Victoria Dismuke, 41, resident of Folkston, and native of Jesup, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at Southeast Georgia Healthcare System, Camden Campus following a brief illness. “Muffin”, as she was affectionately known by family and close friends, was born to the late Kimberly Tippins and Sylvester Jackson, September 13, 1977, in Jesup. She received her education in the public schools of Wayne County. Yolanda worked most of her adult life as a Certified Nursing Assistant and enjoyed card games, fishing, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kimberly Tippins and a brother, Derrick Jackson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 14 years, Anthony Dismuke, of Folkston; her loving children, Mikayliee, Victoria, and Danielle Jackson, and Ashley Dismuke, all of Folkston; her father, Sylvester Jackson, of Jesup; a brother, Edmond Jackson, of Folkston; an aunt, who was like a mother to Yolanda and a grandmother to her children, Nancy Reddish, of Folkston; a close cousin, Brenda Lambert, of Jesup; one grandson, Jaycean Jackson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Remains lied in state one hour prior to services.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 31, 2019, at New Life Pentacostal Church in Jesup. Interment was in Sunset Oaks Memorial Gardens.

Final arrangements entrusted to Royal Funeral Home, Inc., Jesup.
