According to a press release from the Okefenokee Chamber of Commerce, the office is undergoing a “full rebranding proces,” which will include a name change to the Charlton County Okefenokee Chamber of Commerce and a refreshed logo, website, social media presence and marketing materials.
The press release explained that the goal behind the rebrand will be to create a more cohesive and recognizable brand identity that reflects all of Charlton County.
“Our rebranding process should take a few weeks to complete, we are still in the process of creating and approving a new logo.” Executive Director Melodey Martindale said. “The Chamber will operate as usual, the rebranding process will not affect any future events or operations.”
The Chamber will be creating a new Facebook and Instagram account once the branding is complete. Also, the website will be “modernized” by updating its online presence, which includes the ability to register for events online through the new website, sign up for Chamber Membership online and Charlton County’s first Chamber ran job board, Martindale explained.
The release further explains that the rebranding process is an “opportunity to build on the successes of the past and to create a strong foundation for the future.”
If you have any questions, the Chamber asks that you reach out to their office, which is located at 3795 Main Street. The office is reachable at 912-496-2536 and email is info@okefenokeechamber.com .
