For the month of December, PBIS recognized the character word compassion. According to the school’s release found on Facebook, the recognized members consistently demonstrate sympathy and concern for others. These students place the needs of others ahead of their own, and they are always willing to help out another member of our tribe.
The students are Darren Barton, ninth grade, Sara Dasher, tenth grade, Tanner Murray, eleventh grade and Noah Chisholm and Tashyra Jackson, twelfth grade.
According to the release, the students receive five tribe tokens and a treat from the spear spending store. All of the monthly winners are entered into a drawing for a Dairy Queen gift card. Our gift card recipient for November is Tanner Murray. These students also receive five teacher tribe tokens to hand out to teachers or other staff members that they feel are consistently modeling PBIS expectations.
Crystal Lloyd was chosen for the faculty member of the month.
The faculty member of the month receives a DairyQueen gift card as well as the choice of a ticket to wear jeans or a leave early pass.
