Come out to Camp Pinckney Baptist Church this Sunday on October 17 for a full day of spiritual learning, communion and food. Atlanta evangelist Algernon Tennyson will be speaking for Sunday’s Homecoming service.

Pastor Tim Hall invited Tennyson after speaking with fellow pastors within the area. The evangelist has spoken at churches like Southside Baptist Church in Nahunta, Georgia and Patterson Baptist Church in Patterson, Georgia.

Hall was looking for someone to engage “those who are 40 years old and younger.” According to Tennyson’s biography on the Premiere Speakers Bureau, he is the founder and president of Awaken International Ministries, He is known for having a dynamic speaking style which captures the audience’s full attention.

The Georgia native has traveled on international mission trips where he has built and equipped churches, taught evangelistic ideas and helped grow authentic Christian communities, according to the website.

Tennyson is at the church for Homecoming and then Monday through Wednesday for Revival. Sunday service begins bright and early at 10:45 a.m. with food afterward, and Monday and Wednesday service starts at 7:00 p.m.
